Redeemer Lutheran Church with Pr. Kelly is a classic example of a “successful” redevelopment. Their story has been told in articles, books, at conferences and in research papers many times by many people. But I believe that the decision they made years before calling Pr. Kelly is what made all the difference. Their transformation was not an easy or direct path. This article highlights some key shifts that underpinned their transformation.
