The Glow of God’s Love

Countless and continuous blessings flow with God’s love, like lava streaming from a volcano - overwhelming and engulfing everything in its path. God’s love, if anything, is overwhelming and engulfing. It is unbelievably powerful - that power being focused on the universe and all that is in it - indiscriminately including all of us. 

Unfortunately, we live our lives within such perceived restrictive bounds, constantly limiting ourselves unnecessarily, thereby diffusing the impact God’s love has on us. However, the fact is, life is so wide open to us. There is so much out there for us to experience and celebrate. Life is full to the brim with promise and potential - all originating in God’s endless and unconditional love.

God’s love is so intense it glows with energy, as electric energy illumines a light bulb. God’s love is a spiritual superpower energizing our lives whenever we allow it to be turned on. God’s efforts are directed toward that end -energizing our lives with divine love so they glow for the world to see.

It is vitally important for us to accept and appreciate the nature of this glow, and especially to participate in the process. This process includes us reflecting into the world the glow illuminating our lives. We certainly should bask in the glow God’s love delivers into our lives. It is this love which transforms our lives from ordinary to extraordinary - from mundane to transcendent. It fits us with new lenses, enabling us to see how vivid life can be when empowered by God’s love.
